Quick Reference Instructions
You can use the widget below to book your lessons or you can log in here.
Choose your desired pool.
Select a service to book. The service name should match the name of the credits (ex. New Child Private uses New Child credits).
Choose your desired coach. Note: the system defaults to “Any staff member.”
Select an available date then choose an available time.
Select the student for this lesson.
Review your booking. Click either Complete booking or Add another service.
If completing the booking, you’ll move to the payment page. If you have available credits you can complete the transaction. If not, it will prompt you to purchase applicable credits.
If you added another service: choose either back-to-back or separate.
Change any details necessary. Please note:
You can change any details (student, date/time, coach) if you are booking lessons as separate for the additional lesson(s).
You cannot change the coach for only one of the lessons if you are booking back-to-back.
You cannot change pools until you complete a transaction.Review your service details closely! Take note of the pool, coach, date, time, and student for each lesson.
Choose to add another service or complete booking.
