Use this form to request a transfer of Rewards Points or a Rewards Lesson Credit to another family member. We consider all points across a family account to belong to the entire family and can be used for any student.
Is your student not yet independent or you are trying to coordinate sibling lessons? Fill out our General Booking Assistance form with your preferred days/times and our Support staff will get in touch.
Interested in booking lessons for the fall session (Sep-Dec)? We offer pre-booking and prioritize non-water safe student for prebooking by staff. Fill out the Prebooking Form with your preferred days/times for lessons in the fall.
Group Lessons and SwimTots are scheduled in coordination with student interest. Fill out an interest form to help us determine the schedule for the next session!
Did you need to cancel a lesson within our 24-hour cancellation window? We offer one free late cancel per calendar year. Use this form to request your lesson credit be returned.
