Refund Policy

New Student Lesson/SwimTots Packages

  • Any unused credits may be refunded upon request.

  • The $150 registration and gear fee (included in the package price) is not refundable.

  • Unused credits expire 2 years from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded after expiration.

Continuing Student/Group Lessons

  • 100% of any unused credits may be refunded upon request.

  • Unused credits expire 2 years from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded after expiration.

Cancellation Policy

Early Cancellations

If you cancel a lesson more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time, your credit will automatically return to your account with no additional fees.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

Any lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled times are considered a Late Cancel and the credit will be used. No-shows will use a credit.

After 4 unexplained no-shows in a row, SwimGuru reserves the right to cancel all booked lessons and refund your purchase at 50% of the cost for those lessons. We will contact you before this action is taken.

Late Cancel Credit Return

Students are allowed one late cancel/no-show per calendar year for private or semi-private lessons. Please contact support@swim.guru with the lesson details and a staff member will return the credit to your account.

Lessons Cancelled by SwimGuru

If a coach is sick or unavailable SwimGuru will try to provide a substitute coach. If a substitute is found, the cancellation policies apply.

If we need to cancel your lesson due to coach unavailability or pool closures your lesson credit will be returned to your account automatically.
